January Re-opening
Dear Parent
In light of the news from the Stormont Executive that schools are likely to close for a prolonged period, the following are some the arrangements that St Patrick's has put in place.
Key Worker Children / Vulnerable Children
School will be made available for the supervision of children of those who are deemed to be Key Workers from Monday 11th January.
It should be pointed out that this is only to used as a last resort and that the safest place for children at the moment is at home.

Remote Learning
Work for this period of remote learning will be based on each teacher’s planner for this period.
Home learning packs will be distributed weekly on a Monday as a hard copy and it is expected that all children will complete the work set.
Packs will contain:
1 piece of literacy work per day
1 piece of numeracy work per day
1 additional piece of work per day
1 piece of online learning from Studyladder/Education City/ MyOn per day (Primary 3-7)
There will be Rota for the staggered return & collection of Remote Learning packs on Mondays as follows:
OH & RN 9.30-10.30am
PS & FMG 11.00-12.00
VC & PT 12.30-1.30pm
We will put family packs together. Your collection time will be that of the oldest child.
One person at a time to enter the school grounds
Strictly No Socializing
Communication with Pupils/Parents
Teachers will continue to communicate with children/parents through Seesaw. Parents will be able to contact teachers via an email address which will be provided. Teachers will respond during the hours 9.00-3.30pm.
Other ways of communicating with you and your child/ren are being explored.
